1. Who we are

VisionBoard is operated by BIT Technology s.r.o. (Slovakia) under the Bemooore brand. Contact: hello@bemooore.com. These terms cover visionboard.bemooore.com.

2. What you buy

The service turns the goals you type into one vision board image. The board is typographic: your goals are rewritten as short cards and set in the style you choose. It is not a photo collage and contains no stock photography.

The board is generated before any payment and shown to you with a watermark. A one-time payment of €8.99 (VAT included) unlocks, for that board:

• the same board without the watermark, as a 896×1200 JPEG file;
• a 1080×1920 JPEG phone wallpaper generated from that board;
• a link you can share; shared copies stay watermarked.

There is no account, no subscription and no recurring charge. Each board is paid for separately.

3. What we do not promise

• We do not send the paid files by e-mail. Everything is downloaded from the page right after payment. If you entered an e-mail address in the wizard, you receive a copy of the watermarked preview only.
• We do not deliver PDF or print files, and we do not print or ship anything.
• The board is generated by an AI model. Output varies between runs and we cannot guarantee a specific layout, wording or look.
• A vision board is a motivational tool. We promise a file, not an outcome in your life.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by PayPal, either from a PayPal balance or with a debit or credit card through the PayPal checkout. We never see or store your card details. The price shown at checkout is the full price.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the payment, for any reason. Write to hello@bemooore.com and include the PayPal order ID from your receipt. We refund the €8.99 through PayPal to the account that paid.

You keep any files you already downloaded. We do not ask you to delete them.

This is in addition to the statutory EU right of withdrawal. Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately, you accept when buying that delivery starts at once; our own 7-day refund window above applies regardless.

6. Your content and ours

The goals you type stay yours. The board generated from them is yours to use, including commercially: print it, post it, put it on a wall.

Do not submit content that is illegal, hateful or infringes someone else’s rights. We may refuse or remove such a board.

7. Availability

The service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime. Generated boards stay on our server so your link keeps working, but we cannot guarantee that forever: download the file when you get it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the board in question.

8. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The version in force is the one published when you paid.
